Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are. You will get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,000. Below that, a flat ₹40 applies.

You can pay online by UPI, card, or net banking, and you save 5% when you do. Cash on Delivery is available across India too; any COD fee is shown at checkout before you confirm. Paying online means we can dispatch a little sooner, and the 5% saving is yours to keep.

Yes. If a piece arrives with a defect or it is the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free pickup and a replacement or refund. For a size or colour swap, as long as the piece is unworn and unwashed, we refund it and you reorder the size you want, and we set the new one aside so it does not sell out from under you. We cannot take pieces back once they have been worn or washed, so do check the size guide first.

Every product page links to our size guide with bust, waist, and hip measurements. Because our pieces come from a handful of trusted ateliers, measurements can vary by about 2 to 3 inches between styles, so pick the size you usually wear and use the chart as a guide.

Care depends on the fabric, and every product lists its own wash care. As a rule, a gentle cold hand wash and drying in the shade keeps colour and texture at their best. Our fabric guide explains each fabric in more detail.

We photograph each piece as honestly as we can, and we name the fabric on every product so you know what you are getting. Screens vary, so a slight difference in shade is normal.
